Agreement
These terms govern access to the Flit Rewards platform provided by Flit Ventures Pty Ltd. By creating an account, you confirm you are authorised to bind the hotel group or property you register.
Accounts and roles
Merchant accounts support Property Admin, Property Manager and Property Staff roles. You are responsible for the accuracy of account details, for keeping credentials secure, and for the activity of users you invite.
Programme configuration
Each group controls its own earning rates, tiers, rewards and redemption rules. Platform defaults are $1 eligible spend = 1 point, and points may be configured for cashback or reward redemption. Direct bookings are eligible; OTA bookings are not unless expressly enabled.
Points and redemptions
Points have no cash value except as defined by the operating property's programme settings. Points expire between 24 and 36 months after they are earned unless a shorter or longer window is configured. Redemptions may require merchant approval before fulfilment or payout.
Merchant responsibilities
You are the programme operator for your members. You must honour rewards you publish, respond to redemption approvals within a reasonable time, and comply with consumer, marketing and privacy laws in the jurisdictions you operate in.
Data ownership
You retain ownership of your member and stay data. We process it to operate the platform and may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the service.
Availability and support
We aim for continuous availability but may schedule maintenance. Support is provided via hello@flitrewards.com during Australian business hours.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in-product or by email before they take effect.
