Who we are
Flit Rewards is operated by Flit Ventures Pty Ltd (“Flit”, “we”, “us”). We provide loyalty programme infrastructure to hotel groups and their properties. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website, merchant dashboard and member wallet.
Information we collect
Account details for merchant users (name, work email, hotel group, role). Member loyalty data supplied by participating properties (name, email, stay and eligible spend records, points balances and redemptions). Enquiry details submitted through our contact form, including your current PMS. Technical data such as IP address, device and browser information, and usage logs.
How we use information
To operate loyalty programmes on behalf of participating properties, calculate points, process redemptions and cashback requests, provide support, secure the platform, meet legal obligations, and improve our product. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and processors
We share data with the property or group that owns the loyalty relationship, and with service providers who host our infrastructure, deliver email, and process payouts. Processors act on our instructions under contract. Property-managed data is segregated so a group only sees its own members.
Data retention
Loyalty records are retained for as long as the member account is active and for the period required to honour points expiry windows (24–36 months from earn) and applicable accounting and tax obligations. Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to certain processing. Members should contact the property that operates their programme in the first instance; we will assist as the platform provider.
Security
Access to production data is restricted, encrypted in transit, and governed by role-based permissions with tenant isolation. We review access regularly and log administrative activity.
